It also features tennis, paddle, basketball and five-a-side football courts, which can be booked through the complex’s sports office. The property has a private ground-floor terrace with direct access to the communal areas, ideal for relaxing outdoors or enjoying time with family and friends.

The interior is laid out over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living-dining room with air conditioning, providing a bright and comfortable space that connects to the gas kitchen and the laundry area equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a guest toilet. On the upper floor, you will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The main bedroom has a double bed, a ceiling fan and access to a small balcony; the second bedroom, with a double bed and a bunk bed with two single beds, is also equipped with a fan and spacious wardrobes.

The property is located in a quiet, residential area of Chiclana de la Frontera, very close to the coast and surrounded by pine forests typical of the Bay of Cádiz. Just a few minutes away lies La Barrosa Beach, highly appreciated for its fine sand and wide seafront promenade with restaurants and beach bars. Nearby is Novo Sancti Petri, home to top-level golf courses and shopping areas. The surroundings offer water sports, cycling routes and walks through the Bay Natural Park. Chiclana’s historic centre, with its wineries and lively squares, is just a short drive away.

Pool hours in June and July are from 12:00 to 21:00, and in August and September from 11:30 to 20:30. It remains closed for the rest of the year.
