Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.

This charming Andalusian farmhouse renovated in 2021 offers you an authentic experience in the heart of nature, just 8 km from the urban centre of Coín. Surrounded by rural paths perfect for walking and discovering natural landscapes, it is the ideal destination for those seeking tranquillity without moving away from urban comfort. Access to the estate includes a 3 km unpaved road, compact and firm, ideal for suitable vehicles. Although the accommodation currently does not have a swimming pool, it has spacious rural exteriors with a barbecue area, outdoor furniture and a children's area under the shade of the porch, perfect for enjoying outdoor lunches and unforgettable family moments.

The house is distributed over two floors with a design that preserves the original spirit of the farmhouse. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room that connects to an outdoor patio, ideal for fresh dinners and night-time chats. The American kitchen is equipped with the essentials for preparing your meals, including a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, kitchen utensils and coffee maker, next to a small dining table. In addition, this floor has a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and space to store luggage, and a bathroom with a shower tray.

On the upper floor, an attic-style space with wooden ceilings and original beams, the spacious bedrooms are located: one with a double bed and two single beds, separated by curtains, sharing air conditioning with heat pump for maximum comfort. The house is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.

The location is another strong point: in a few minutes you will arrive at the centre of Coín and in half an hour you can explore Tolox, within the Sierra de las Nieves National Park. In addition, you are close to multiple attractions: amusement parks, rivers, restaurants, supermarkets, golf course and beaches of sand and rock, perfect to complement your days of rest and adventure.
