Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodations since 2005.

This modern 80 m² dwelling offers a cosy atmosphere with open views of the mountain, ideal for relaxing and disconnecting. It has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed of 1.50 m and two bedrooms with two single beds each, offering comfortable space for the whole family.

The interior combines functionality and comfort. It has air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms, two additional fans, Smart TV, wifi and fireplace, creating a pleasant space both in summer and winter. The independent kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Dolce Gusto and Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, has everything necessary for comfortable stays.

The exterior is one of the property's strengths. You will be able to enjoy a private garden, a 40 m² terrace with outdoor furniture, a gas barbecue and a private pool, perfect for refreshing and relaxing under the sun. In addition, the property has a children's area with a swing, volleyball net and a small wooden house for children, making it an ideal place for families.

The property has parking within the plot and comfortable access even for late arrivals thanks to an external key box.

Located just 4 km from the centre of Coín, you will have supermarkets, restaurants and services nearby. Additionally, you can enjoy natural places such as Barranco Blanco, nearby golf courses and the beaches of Fuengirola less than 30 km away, with easy access to Málaga and Marbella as well.
