This beautiful triplex offers a great terrace, perfectly furnished to spend unforgettable evenings. It features a large outdoor table with chairs where you can admire the sunrise and sunset while enjoying a delicious breakfast or a good dinner with the best company. And even better, you can sit on the sofa or armchairs and relax while admiring the wonderful beauty of the sea.




The private entrance of the house is on the ground floor and leads to the first floor with the common areas, such as the modern and surprising kitchen open to the living and dining room. It has AC and a panoramic view of the sea as if you were sailing the calm Mediterranean. Here you will find a comfortable sofa where you can sit and watch TV, the dining area and the kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic hob, good appliances and a bar with stools. On the same level you will find a bathroom with a shower for the whole floor and two bedrooms each with a closet and AC. One has a double bed and an en-suite shower room and the other has a trundle bed. On the upper floor you will find the last bedroom with a single bed and exit to a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Cabrera. On this terrace you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Colonia de Sant Jordi is a beautiful coastal area, beautiful and lively, where you can enjoy good restaurants serving fresh fish. The village offers all kinds of services and entertainment. You can spend a great day at the beach, for example in Colonia de Sant Jordi beach, about 700 meters away from the property, or in others such as the one in Es Trenc about 6 km away. For example, you can take boat excursions to the island of Cabrera, or you can drive along the coast to get to know other nice towns and places on the island.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Holding events is prohibited.
- The residents' association is not allowed to hang towels or other clothing on the terrace railing.
- There is room for one car in the garage.
- There is a compulsory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except those under the age of 16, must pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 € / night and guests during the low season and 2.2 € / night and guests during the high season and is reduced by half from the 9th day for the duration of the trip. Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit must be paid by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours of receiving the email.
