The villa sits directly on the waterfront, offering immediate access to the coastline and the sea just steps from the garden, while a sandy beach is only a short walk away.

The historic old town of Alcudia, with its charming streets, excellent restaurants, boutiques and traditional market, is just minutes away. Guests can also enjoy nearby sailing, paddle boarding, cycling routes, scenic coastal walks and easy access to some of Mallorca’s finest beaches.

Guest services and stay conditions

– Your booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning. The property is delivered fully cleaned, prepared and ready for a comfortable stay from day one.

– 24-hour guest assistance is available throughout your stay. Our team is available during the day for any request, while important emergencies are attended to during the night to ensure complete peace of mind.

– Check-in and check-out are carried out in person by our team, providing a full introduction to the property, answering any questions and handing over/collecting keys personally.

– Once your booking is confirmed, guests will receive access to an online platform where they can easily reserve activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and additional holiday experiences, all integrated into their reservation process.

Additional information

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not exempt guests from their responsibility to take reasonable care of the property during their stay. No deductions will be made from the security deposit provided the property is used responsibly. Rubbish must be disposed of at the designated recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.

Note 2. In accordance with Balearic Islands regulations, all guests aged 16 and over are required to pay the Tourist Tax, which is collected and paid to the regional authorities.

Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the rental price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable at check-out. Meter readings are taken at both check-in and check-out.

Note 4. Where available, an extra bed can be provided at a cost of €15 per person per day. A pool safety fence may also be installed, subject to availability, at a cost of €13 per linear metre. Please enquire for availability.

Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 pm carries an additional charge of €30, and after 12:00 midnight, €50. Alternatively, self check-in may be available, with a personal welcome from staff the following day. Where possible and subject to availability, late check-out may be arranged at €90 until 1:00 pm, or €160 until 4:00 pm.
