Villa Can Auba is special for an unforgettable family holiday. The property is large, with lots of natural light and is less than 100 metres from the sea. It has impressive views overlooking the entire Alcudia bay, and the mountains are located at the back. If you are looking for tranquility, this is your property.

The house has 4 very spacious bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds. A large, bright living room with a flat-screen TV. The house also has a very large terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and meals facing the sea. Downstairs you can park your car.

If you enjoy water sports, the house has a kayak. You can also go for walks with the bicycles available in the house.

The house is located in a quiet residential area, and you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Mediterranean from the house. It is functional and is only 2 km from the fishing village of Colonia de Sant Pere. Here you can go shopping or eat fresh fish in one of the many restaurants. Larger cities, such as Artà, Manacor and complexes such as Porto Cristo and Cala Ratjada, on the east coast, are all great day trips to get to know the island. You can even take an unforgettable hot air balloon ride in Manacor, where you can see the island from a different angle! Busier beaches can be found in Port de Alcudia and Pollensa, both about 30-35 km away. The Formentor Peninsula with its lighthouse and beautiful mountain paths is also very pleasant to visit.
