Nice and friendly townhouse located at the North coast of Mallorca, in la Colònia de Sant Pere between Can Picafort and Artà. This house is located in a walking distance to from the sea and beach.

There is a charming terrace at the front of the property, with a dining area. Inside, there is a charming living and dining room. To the left, there are three comfortable bedrooms and a lovely bathroom. To the right there is a graceful kitchen, with stairs that lead to the back garden, a beautiful and relaxing place to enjoy the stay. It has air conditioning in the living room.

The holiday home is only a few metres from the sea and sandy beach of Colonia de Sant Pere in the northeast of Mallorca.

The sleepy village Colonia de Sant Pere in the northeast of the island is still a secret tip for many island lover. The location right between the sea and the mountains, with its location is very special in Mallorca. The small marina and the pretty beach promenade with various bars and good restaurants invite you to linger. Every Saturday a small market takes place in the small market square in the village center next to the church. Nature lovers will find in the large nature reserve Llevant, directly behind the village, great hiking trails with breathtaking views.
During the long walks by the sea you will discover many small natural bays that invite you to swim. If you go to the sea towards Son Serra de Marina, you are already after 30 minutes on a beautiful, kilometer-long natural beach. Of course, the place also as various shops (ncluding three supermarkets and a bakery) which are open all year round.
