This is a privileged area of Conil, very quiet, ideal for enjoying both the beach and the range of activities and restaurants that Conil offers; about 100 meters away there is a leisure area where the La Atalaya Restaurant is located, known for its grilled meat and Moroccan food.

About 300 meters away we find La Atalaya Park, which has a children's playground and the Mirador de la Atalaya cafeteria, where you can have a coffee or a drink watching the sunset and listening to the sound of the sea.

The nearest beaches are La Fontanilla and Playa del Chorrillo, where some of the most famous beach bars are located, such as Curro Jimenez or El Huerto. Here you can enjoy home-cooked food and try tuna cooked in different ways. From the apartment you can also walk to the centre of the town; taking Calle Torre de Roche, you will reach Calle Gonzálo Sánchez Fuentes and, if you turn right, you will find the commercial area of La Bodega with a shoe shop, a clothing store, a hardware store, a café, a supermarket, a bakery, bars, and the Mercado de Abastos where you can buy local fish and meat. From Plaza de Blas Infante, if you take Calle Rosa de los Vientos, you will reach the historic centre of Conil.
