Fabulous apartment with private parking in the centre of Cordoba with quality finishes and a careful design consists of a spacious living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It also has a large private terrace.

On entering the apartment you will find the entrance hall. From the entrance hall, on the right hand side you can access the bathroom or the first bedroom which has a double bed (150x190). From the bedroom window you can see the private terrace. Between the bedroom and the bathroom we find the fully equipped kitchen which gives us access to the magnificent terrace with views of the church of San Pablo. If we go back to the hall and through the long corridor, we find the second bedroom. This room has two 90x190 beds and access to a small patio. Continuing along the corridor, we come to the large living-dining room. It consists of a living area with a sofa, two comfortable armchairs, side tables and a dining area with seating for up to four people. Adjacent to the living room. The windows of the lounge overlook San Pablo street.

It is located next to the magnificent Church of San Pablo and the Town Hall of Cordoba, therefore, within walking distance of all the monuments and emblematic places of the city: Cathedral-Mezquita, Roman Bridge, Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, Plaza de la Corredera, etc.
