Villa Tropical is ideal for those looking to spend their holidays in the most touristic area of the island of Tenerife, located in the heart of Playa de Las Américas. Highly recommended if, in addition, you wish to visit the most popular leisure areas in the south of the island, as it is 10 metres from the Magma art & congress, 300m from Siam Park, 250m from the Siam Mall shopping centre, or 400m from the beach.

A large and generous outdoor garden with different types of vegetation next to the heated swimming pool will be the ideal place to spend warm holiday days on the island.

This classic villa is divided into two spacious floors and a leisure area in the basement. The interior of the villa has a unique style that takes you back in time while still maintaining modern comfort and luxury standards. The ground floor has a living room with fireplace, very cosy in the evenings, a large fully equipped kitchen and a 70m2 suite adapted for people with reduced mobility. The upper floor has three spacious suites with bathroom and private terrace.

The chill out area will allow you to play endless games of ping pong with a few drinks, or enjoy a delicious dinner at a table for up to 10 people.
