The view of the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera from the terrace is a special highlight. From the living-dining room there is access to the spacious terrace with unbeatable views which invites to enjoy many relaxing moments in the open air watching sunsets, the views over the area of Costa Adeje and even to the Roque del Conde. The flat has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed and a complete bathroom with bathtub. The residential complex also has a communal swimming pool with solarium and sunbeds. Despite the fact t, at the pool is not heated, it can be used all year round, as the warm temperatures in the south of the island are guaranteed. The residential complex is very quiet and parking spaces are easy to find on the street. The nearest shopping centre is called "X-Sur" and is about 1,5 km away, offering besides a big supermarket and also some shops and restaurants. The tourist centre of Fañabé, Playa de las Américas or Playa del Duque with its numerous fine sandy beaches are only 10 minutes away.
