It is located within a tranquil and well-maintained complex, where the outdoor area invites relaxation: a communal chlorine swimming pool, 5 x 5 metres and 1.4 metres deep, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, ideal for leisurely sunbathing. The complex also features an outdoor shower, as well as a football and basketball court.

The duplex has a furnished private terrace that becomes your favourite spot: perfect for having breakfast with ocean views or spending the afternoon with the sea breeze as company.

Inside, everything is designed with good taste and a cheerful atmosphere. The living-dining room, charming and comfortable, incorporates satellite television and WiFi so you feel at home. The kitchen, equipped with an electric hob, oven, Italian coffee maker, microwave and complete kitchenware, allows you to prepare your favourite meal.

The rest area is divided into two bedrooms (one of them on the upper floor): one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, perfect for families. The private bathroom has a shower.
