Description of the accommodation

This is an amazing flat situated in Costa da Caparica, relatively close to the touristic centre and 5 minutes walking distance to the nearest beach. Ideal for a couple, or a family to enjoy the wonderful mild Lisbon weather.

The property features 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 2 bathrooms, a living room equipped with a sofa bed, a dining area and a flat-screen TV with cable and internet channels. Guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively guests can visit the various restaurants within walking distance and taste Portuguese or international specialities. Fully equipped, you will have access to linen, towels, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, fan (summer) or heater (winter).

See check-in and check-out information:

1) Check-in takes place at the flat from 15:00.

2) Check-out takes place until 11:00.

Please note that check-ins between:

7 pm - 9:59pm : a late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged

10 pm - 03 am : a late check-in fee of 40€ will be charged

At the time of check-out, guests must leave the flat relatively clean. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of the same amount as the booking.

They need to improve their cleaning team, they were wondering if they must take off their shoes))))) The host brought a fast clothes hanger but didn't change the light in the bathroom within a month. The bad smell in the bathroom comes from the canalization, need small improvements there, nothing bad.In general condition of the apartment was good.Windows in the kitchen do not close for the locket - not safe.As we did check in late due to not our fault, we asked the host about the late check out - and they agreed without a problem.

Everything was perfectly fine.However some points for improvement:Yes it does have some basic services like hangers, but the bare minimum. Also the shower have a strange smell.Misinformation was that the appartement could look over the sea/beach but that is false. Apartment itself is not located high enough for this. Beside that the location is more than adequate and good for a long stay when you want to stay in the Area of Lisbon. Location is great if you want to do some grocery shopping or visit a restaurant.

Stayed for 8 nights! Great place, very very spacious! Clean and tidy. 5 min walk to the beach and all the restaurants so that was very helpful. You’re right next to shops so any thing you need to buy is literally downstairs. The host Thiago was respectful and accommodating. Will deffo use in the future.

A stunning apartment very close to the beach, and very easy to get to Lisboa. We really enjoyed our stay, and would not change anything. The beach was a 5 min walk, and the restaurants nearby were delicious. We really appreciated the beach umbrella and chair they left for us. Everything was wonderful, and we will definitely come back again!
