Villa Rivo is a 250 m² villa with incredible sea views and direct access to several coves (just 20 meters away), located in a privileged spot on the Costa de la Calma. It features a spacious terrace of about 75m2, where you can enjoy magnificent views, simply relax under the pine trees listening to the waves or eat with family. You can also enjoy the interior for its comfort, functionality, and unique style that makes it special. The house has a total of six bedrooms and ten beds. The outdoor area makes this villa so attractive with its sunny and covered terraces with beautiful sea views, the coves located right at the foot of the villa, and the gardens.

The property is divided into two floors. On the entry level, there is a main bedroom (with separate bathroom and WC), 3 double bedrooms (all equipped with a small washbasin), a bathroom, a toilet with washbasin, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace, as well as access to the main terrace with outdoor sofas, sun loungers, and tables with chairs. On the lower floor, we find two bedrooms with a total of six single beds, the laundry room, and a bathroom with a shower, access to a covered terrace and the path with access to the beaches and an outdoor shower.

Villa Rivo has cold-heat air conditioning in all bedrooms and heating in the living-dining room, as well as large windows that fill the house with light and give a sense of spaciousness. It is surrounded by charming pine trees that provide shade, and located just a few meters from the sea, in an idyllic and peaceful area of Costa de la Calma. Close to all services such as golf courses, restaurants, shops, bars, pharmacies, tennis courts, beaches, just 20 minutes from Palma and 10 minutes from the exclusive nautical club of Port Adriano.

It will be necessary to pay a deposit of 500 € before arrival via bank transfer or card retention.

During 2025, in the adjacent plot there is an ongoing construction. We hope that the noise does not affect your stay.

The check-in from 8:00 PM onwards will have an extra cost of 50€ to be paid in cash upon arrival. 100€ from 11:00 PM onwards.

There is a crib and high chair for baby available (upon request).

*This property is located in a residential area, which is why only families or groups of responsible people who desire tranquility are accepted, youth groups will not be accepted.

Rules:

- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If desired, you can smoke outside and make sure to not leave cigarette butts on the ground.

- Maintain order and cleanliness at all times.

- You must take responsibility for the garbage generated during your stay. Please separate the trash in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.

- Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape.

- It is not allowed to celebrate parties or events in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
