The property is located in the quiet Las Coronas complex in Costa Teguise, just a 5-minute walk from Bastián Beach. The complex features a communal swimming pool with sun loungers and a small bar for exclusive guest use.
Just in front of the complex, there is a small supermarket, some shops, bars, and restaurants. From the complex, they have direct access to the Sea Avenue and the Beach. Ideal for a pleasant walk.

The apartment is completely renovated and furnished to a high standard to ensure a luxurious stay.
It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The room has a large built-in wardrobe, safe, ceiling fan, and heating system.
The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.
A towel set per person is provided, as well as pool towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, microwave, oven, large fridge, freezer, and cooking utensils.
