Description of the accommodation

The holiday home 'Casa Costa Esmeralda Plus' is located in Costa Teguise and surprises the guests with its calmness.
The property is fully equipped and the guests have also access to the pool area of the complex.

The property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, so it can accommodate 3 people ( a adults and one child)

The living room has a sofa bed for one person and a TV.

The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, TV and has nice views to the outside.
There is a high chair and a cot available on request.
We also provide a set of towels per person.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge and kitchen utensils such as coffee machine, kettle and washing machine.
The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor areas. One of the terraces is equipped with table and chairs and the other, more intimate terrace has synthetic grass, outdoor shower, two good sunbeds, a large umbrella where you can decide to sunbathe or enjoy a relaxing time in the fresh air.
Additional amenities include high speed Wi-Fi, television and washing machine.

There is also a shared outdoor area, consisting of a swimming pool and a children's pool.

The beaches of Costa Teguise are just 2 km from the property.

Free parking is available on the street.
