Surrounded by a rural setting, this villa for 3 guests with a private pool offers everything needed to enjoy a relaxing stay and easily explore the island.

Outside, the finca features a saltwater pool (8 x 4 meters), perfect for cooling off on sunny days. Around it, a well-kept artificial grass area with sun loungers and umbrellas invites guests to relax, while the barbecue area and furnished porch provide the ideal space for outdoor dining. For the little ones, there is a small playground where they can play safely.

Inside, the house combines comfort and functionality in a cozy atmosphere. The living-dining room is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, and WiFi, making it a perfect space to unwind after a day of excursions. The open-plan kitchen includes a gas stove and oven, Italian and Dolce Gusto coffee makers, a toaster, and all necessary cooking utensils.

The finca has two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and a wardrobe, and a second bedroom also with a double bed. The full bathroom includes a shower. For added convenience, the house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

Located 28 km from the beaches of Capellans in Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, this finca offers the perfect combination of tranquility and easy access to some of Mallorca’s most beautiful spots. In Costitx, guests will find a supermarket, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a gas station, while nearby towns such as Sineu, Inca, or Can Picafort offer a wider range of services.

For those looking to explore the island, this finca is an ideal starting point. From here, guests can easily visit the Tramuntana Mountains, the city of Palma, and the picturesque northern coast, with charming towns like Alcúdia, Pollença, and Formentor. Additionally, on Wednesdays, a visit to the traditional Sineu market, the oldest on the island, is a must.

The road leading to the property is narrow and not suitable for large vehicles or SUVs.

In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax known as the Ecotax, which must be paid for each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per person per night in high season and 0.55 EUR per person per night in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half during the high season. Payment is made via credit card before arrival.

Additionally, as required by law, we must request copies of the IDs or passports of all guests aged 14 and over. This information will be sent via email.
