On this floor there is a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the top floor there is a spacious room with a double sofa bed, a full bathroom, and a large terrace with spectacular sea views. The house has air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom, portable fans in the other two bedrooms, and a metal barbecue in the garden. Bookings from groups of young people aged between 16 and 26 are not accepted.
