The residential area of ​​Crestatx is located between Sa Pobla and Pollença, very close to the north coast of Mallorca, where you can enjoy the sandy beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia, the crystal clear waters of Formentor, or any kind of water sport like Windsurfing or Kitesurf in the area of ​​Sa Marina.

The location of the villa allows easy access to any place in the north of Mallorca. It is a ten-minute drive from the village of Pollença, one of the most charming villages in the north of the island. There you can enjoy a great gastronomic variety, both in international cuisine and typical Mallorcan dishes.
