We offer for tourist rent an apartment with two bedrooms in an urbanization with a swimming pool in Orihuela. The 70 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a glazed terrace. There is everything necessary for comfortable living and recreation: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker and dishwasher), dishes, bed linen and towels. The terrace has outdoor furniture. Air conditioners are installed in the salon and large bedroom. Spanish TV. There are TVs in the salon and in the large bedroom. Wireless Internet. The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
