Upon entering, we find the spacious living room/dining room/kitchen, all furnished with great taste. The accommodation has wifi, TV, and air conditioning/heat pump in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to make your stay pleasant, it has: ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and toaster.
In the first room, we find a 1.35cm bed. The second room has a double bed, and next to it is the bathroom with a shower.
From the living room, going up the spiral staircase, there is the terrace, which has a hatch with hydraulic suspensions to open it. This fantastic terrace has a barbecue, outdoor furniture, and loungers, where you can enjoy the sunny summer days.
The urbanization where it is located has outdoor parking, mini-golf, children's park, walking areas, and a community pool for both adults and children. The pool will be open for swimming from 06.15 to 09.15.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
