The house has a private pool, as well as a large garden with plants of various types and grass.
Upon entering, we find ourselves in the living room/dining room and open-concept kitchen. The house has WiFi, TV, air conditioning, and all kinds of amenities to enjoy a pleasant vacation.
The American kitchen has: induction, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, utensils/cookware, coffee maker, toaster, and juicer.
On this same floor, we find one of the en suite rooms, which has two 90cm beds placed together, forming a 180cm bed.
Going up the stairs, there is another en suite room (also with two 90cm beds together), in addition there is a spacious dressing area and a large terrace from which spectacular views are enjoyed.
Right at the entrance of the dwelling, there are stairs that will take us to the ground floor, where the laundry room is located, as well as the two individual bedrooms. Both have two 90cm beds each, and they communicate with each other through a shared dressing room and the bathroom with a shower.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
