In one of the most beautiful areas of Denia, this villa is located with views of the sea and the mountain and just 7.5km from the beach.
The house is located in a residential area, quiet and far from all the hustle and bustle we find in summer. The plot is 880 m² and 140 m² habitable.
The different terraces of the house provide both sunny and shaded areas. The large 11mx4m swimming pool is located right in front of the main terrace where you can enjoy fantastic dinners with wonderful views.
Once inside the house, we found a spacious living room with an impressive height of almost 5 meters to the ceiling. The open kitchen is separated by a small step that creates a distinct environment. The kitchen has all the facilities to do a good job in the kitchen. We found in it an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster...
The house has two double rooms, both with air conditioning. The main bedroom has a 1.50m bed with a suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower.
The second double room has the bathroom with shower right in front of the room. Both rooms have large wardrobes.
The villa has a washing machine.
Available internet. Pets are not allowed.
Supermarkets are located just 4km away, as well as restaurants.
The city center is 5km from the house.
According to municipal ordinance, barbecues with fire cannot be used from June 1st to October 15th.
