Beautiful Modern Chalet with stunning panoramic views of Dénia, Montgó, and the sea. It is located on a fenced plot of 800 m2 with a variety of plants and palm trees. Upstairs there is a living-dining room with TV/SAT and air conditioning, an open kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, microwave/grill, and refrigerator with freezer. Access to the 4x8m pool and terrace where an electric barbecue is available.
Through the interior staircase, you access the lower floor with a double bedroom with air conditioning, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom between both rooms. In the basement, there is a laundry room where the washing machine is located.
Distance to Denia 4km, to the beach 3km, bars/restaurants and supermarkets 2.5km away. Car is necessary. Pets are not allowed.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
