This beautiful beachfront apartment has 2 bedrooms, a garage for one vehicle, and can accommodate 4 people.
It is located on the Almadrava beach, in Els Poblets, about 7 km from the city of Denia. The urbanization where it is located is fully equipped, with a gym, children's playground, a large grass area, adult and children's swimming pools, and direct access to the sea. The beach in front of the apartment is rocky, but just 200 meters away is a sandy beach.
Upon entering the accommodation, we found the kitchen on the right side, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen tools, coffee maker, toaster, and water kettle.
Next to him we can see a bathroom with a shower.
The spacious living/dining room offers spectacular sea views, and is equipped with TV, wifi, and air conditioning as well as heat pump heating throughout the accommodation. From here, we can access the furnished terrace where you can eat and dine with unbeatable views.
The main bedroom with a 1.35cm bed is en suite and also has these enviable views. The bathroom inside the master bedroom is with a bathtub.
The secondary bedroom has two 90cm beds as well as a built-in wardrobe.
There are supermarkets 400m away and the distance to Denia is 10km and 1.6km to Els Poblets.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
