Beautiful luxurious villa in the mountain with fully fenced land and 850m2 with a Mediterranean garden. The private kidney-shaped pool is 8m x 5m with a spacious terrace and a perfect barbecue for cooking.
The housing offers a living-dining room with panoramic views of the pool and terrace with satellite TV and air conditioning and a corner with a large sofa to rest in front of the fireplace.
The American kitchen is at the entrance of the house and contains all the amenities such as a gas stove, oven, American refrigerator, microwave, and a bar with 4 stools.
The chalet is composed of a room with a 180 cm bed, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and mosquito nets. A second room with a 180 cm bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and mosquito nets. And lastly, a third double room with 90 cm beds, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and located next to a bathroom with a shower in the hallway.
In the basement we found the washing machine and the dryer.
The house has central heating for the coldest months.
There is a covered parking area with capacity for one car, although more vehicles could be parked in front of the house due to it being a quiet street with no traffic.
