The holiday home is located on a hillside on a fenced plot of 1000m2 with a wonderful panoramic view over Dénia and the sea. The plot is accessible from two sides, from the upper entrance, which is in a dead-end street, the house is reached by a few steps. At the lower part, you climb 25m to reach the covered parking from where you access the house by around 30 steps. The two-storey house is distributed as follows: on the upper floor, where the main entrance to the house is, there is a living-dining room with TV/SAT, an equipped American kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and large fridge with freezer. From the dining room you can enjoy the beautiful views, and it has exits to the terraces and the 8x4m kidney-shaped swimming pool with Roman steps and an outdoor shower. In addition, on the upper floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the lower floor, accessed by an internal staircase, there are two double bedrooms with single beds and a bathroom. There is a storage room with a washing machine. The house has an internet connection.
According to municipal regulations, barbecues with fire cannot be used from June 1st to October 15th.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October 1st to April 30th, for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas are not included and will be paid according to the agency\'s conditions.
