This impressive villa of 250 m², is located in a very quiet area just 1km from the sandy beach of Las Marinas.
It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
Upon entering the plot, we discovered the impressive garden composed of extensive lawn areas, palm trees, and a large swimming pool. Next to it, we can find a fully furnished barbecue area, as well as an outdoor bathroom for added convenience.

The accommodation has a large garage, wifi, central heating, fireplace, air conditioning in the living room and in two of the bedrooms.
On the ground floor are the living room/dining room, very large and with direct access to the pool, located next to the large kitchen, equipped with everything necessary.
