Cozy and well-maintained vacation resort with a community pool, just a few steps away from the beach.
The bungalow is located on the ground floor and has a master bedroom with a 150cm bed, a bathroom with WC and shower, an independent kitchen equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, water boiler, filter coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer and washing machine, a small living-dining room with access to a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a sofa bed.
The closed complex consists of an area with grass, palm trees, and some plants, the large pool has a shallow area separated for children and an outdoor shower.
Domestic pets are not allowed. It has its own parking.
The beach is located 140m away, bars and restaurants are in the surroundings, shopping possibilities are 2.5km away, and Denia center is 3km away.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
