The house has a simple open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning/heat pump, and a bathroom with a washing machine. A living-dining room with access to terraces, one of them covered, next to the 6x4m swimming pool with Roman steps and views of Dénia and the sea. The house has a pellet heating system for winter.
Distance to the sea 4km, to the city 3km, bar/restaurants 2km. Car is needed.
According to municipal ordinance, barbecues with fire cannot be used from June 1st to October 15th.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
