Holiday house next to the mountain with stunning panoramic view of Dénia and the sea, bordering the El Montgó natural park. The house is accessed through an entrance in a dead-end alley or through the car access on the other side. The house itself is located a few steps higher. The outdoor area consists of palm trees and variety of plants, and two terraces, one of them covered. The pool is kidney-shaped, with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. The house is distributed in a living-dining room with TV/SAT, a kitchen equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and two refrigerators, one of them with freezer. From the living room, you reach through 5 steps to a hallway that leads to the following rooms: a bathroom, a bedroom with a French bed, a bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom, a third double bedroom with bathroom with jacuzzi, and an exit to the covered terrace next to the pool. All bedrooms have air conditioning (see price list). From the living room, you can also access the back area where the patio with barbecue and garden furniture is located. According to municipal ordinance, barbecue with fire cannot be used from June 1st to October 15th.
Distance to the sea 4km, to Denia 3km, bars/restaurants 2.5km. Car is needed. Domestic animals upon prior consultation.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
