Cosy and well-maintained holiday resort with a communal swimming pool, just a few steps from the beach.
The bungalow is on the ground floor and has a master bedroom with a 150cm bed, a bathroom with WC and shower, a separate kitchen equipped with gas hob, oven, kettle, filter coffee machine, fridge with freezer and washing machine, a small living-dining room with access to a terrace furnished with garden furniture and a sofa bed.
The closed complex consists of an area with lawn, palm trees and some plants, the large pool has a shallow area separated for children and an outdoor shower.
Pets are not allowed. It has its own parking.
The beach is 140m away, bars and restaurants are in the surroundings, shopping possibilities are 2.5km away and Denia centre is 3km away.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), WiFi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
