It has an exterior staircase that leads to the solar terrace.
Open kitchen with American bar, glass-ceramic hob, oven and refrigerator with freezer. To access the pool area, it is about 50m. Well-maintained area with lawn, palm trees and various other plants. There are parking spaces in front of the complex.
