Small and quiet holiday complex at the foot of the mountain with a 17x8m community pool, tennis court, and terrace with views of the port and the sea. The complex consists of 15 townhouses, and this one is located at the end, on the corner, just a few steps from the pool. The house has a simple decoration and features an open-plan kitchen equipped with a gas stove, washing machine, and refrigerator with freezer. Living-dining room with TV/SAT, air conditioning, and access to the terrace with views of the port and the sea. The garden has palm trees, lawn, and a variety of plants. There is one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower.
Distance to Denia center 3.5km, to the sea 3km, supermarkets 3km away and bars/restaurants 800m away. Car is needed. Pets are not allowed.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
