Description of the accommodation

Beautiful villa at the foot of the mountain, just 2km from the beach.
Its colourful garden with palm trees welcomes us as soon as we enter, making it a fresh environment with shaded areas.
The 8x4m swimming pool makes it a perfect place to spend your most refreshing and tranquil holidays.
On one side of the house, we find a picnic area where a stone barbecue is located, with the possibility of sheltering from the sun thanks to the awning above the table.
Once inside the house, along the corridor are located the two bedrooms. Both with air conditioning, double beds and built-in wardrobes. Next to the bedrooms are two bathrooms, both with a shower.
At the end of the corridor is the large dining room with satellite TV, air conditioning, WiFi access and the kitchen with an American bar and all the features such as oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and toaster.
The living room has direct access to the picnic area and a glazed terrace.
Parking with capacity for two vehicles, the garage is private and cannot be used.
The city centre is just 3.2km away, sandy beach 2km, rocky beach 1.7km, supermarkets 3km and restaurants 1km.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor WiFi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
