The house has been recently renovated and consists of a living-dining room with TV/SAT, an American kitchen equipped with oven and washing machine, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with air conditioning and a bedroom with two single beds. A terrace with sea views and a patio with barbecue. Parking on the plot. Pets are allowed subject to prior consultation. Distance to the sea 4km, to the city centre and shopping possibilities 3km approx., and bars/restaurants 2km. A car is necessary.
According to municipal ordinance, barbecue with fire cannot be used from 1 June to 15 October.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
