Nice holiday complex with a 12mx4m community pool, just 150m from the beach and 2km from the city centre. Supermarket, bars and restaurants 100m away.
The terraced house has two floors. On the ground floor is the living-dining room with TV/SAT, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool. The independent kitchen has been recently renovated and consists of 4 hobs, fridge with freezer, oven, toaster and a filter coffee machine.

On the upper floor are the two bedrooms, one double with two mattresses and the second with two single beds, both rooms with air conditioning. On the same floor is a bathroom with a shower and the washing machine and a terrace overlooking the garden area.

The pool area has grass, palm trees and other variety of plants.
Private parking for one vehicle in front of the house.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor is wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
