A living-dining room with access to terraces, one of them covered, next to the 6x4m swimming pool with Roman steps and views of Dénia and the sea. The house has pellet heating for winter.
Distance to the sea 4km, to the city 3km, bar/restaurants 2km. A car is needed.
According to municipal ordinance, barbecues with fire cannot be used from 1 June to 15 October.
