The apartment has a capacity of 4 people and 2 bedrooms, a large terrace, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. You can cook your favorite dishes in our fully equipped kitchen. You will not miss anything, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, hob, oven, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, glasses, plates, microwave ....
It has air conditioning, free Wifi, a big community pool and less than 5 minutes walking from the fine sand beach of Las Marinas.
The terrace is large with 2 sunbeds for sunbathing and a table with chairs to enjoy a good paella. It has a large umbrella for you.

The bed linen and towels are washed, sanitized and ironed by a large industrial laundry that serves the best known hotels and hospitals of the province. We also add an extra disinfection with an Ozone generator that is a powerful antimicrobial agent and kills 99% of bacteria and viruses.
There is an Aldi supermarket in the immediate vicinity, several cafes, restaurants and a car rental service near the entrance of the Urbanization.
