House on a fenced plot of 800 m2 on a slope. The garden consists mainly of Mediterranean plants such as palm trees, pine trees and shrubs, with a cosy covered corner for the barbecue (According to municipal ordinance, barbecue with fire cannot be used from 1 June to 15 October).
The swimming pool, not visible from the outside, 8x4m with Roman steps, is next to the terrace with an outdoor shower.
The house, simply equipped, has two bedrooms with two single beds each (the beds are built-in, so they cannot be moved) a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Open kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher and large fridge with freezer. The living room has access to the covered terrace and the pool, the interior staircase leads to the gallery on the upper floor, with TV/SAT and access to both the glazed terrace and the open terrace with panoramic views.
Distance to Denia and the sea 4km, shopping possibilities 3km and bars/restaurants 1.5km. Private parking on the plot. A car is necessary. Pets are allowed subject to prior consultation.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
