The area is quiet and peaceful. The terrace overlooking the living room has beautiful views of the mountain and the sea. The house is comfortable and cosy.
A small entrance leads to the living room, kitchen and dining room. The large sliding windows have views of the pool and the mountain. The doors open to the terrace where you can enjoy an outdoor dinner. From the terrace, stairs lead to the 8x4m pool and the barbecue area with a gas barbecue. The 2 double bedrooms have air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. Both rooms have 2 single beds each, which can be joined if necessary. There are 2 bathrooms, both with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. There is a washing machine and clothesline. The 800m2 plot is fully fenced. Parking within the plot for a small car. You can also park on the street just in front of the property without any problem as it is a very quiet street. One of the entry points to the natural park trails is 8 minutes (less than 1km) walk from the house. Distance to the sea 4 km, to the city 3 km, bars/restaurants 2 km. A car is recommended. Pets are allowed upon request.

Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor is WiFi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
