This beautiful villa is surrounded by vegetation and is located in a very quiet area in the Santa Lucia zone in Dénia.
It is fortunate that the sun pampers the property throughout the year.

With 150 m2, the villa has three bedrooms, all with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and another independent bathroom with a shower, both recently renovated.
The independent kitchen has direct access to the back garden, a living room, a dining room with views of the garden and also a work area with a large desk.

The villa has capacity for up to 6 people. But you will also feel very comfortable here as a couple.

A special feature is the large private swimming pool 9 metres long and 4 metres wide and the beautiful pool terrace where the figure of Buddha presides.
Modern sun loungers, armchairs and side tables invite you to sunbathe, lounge and feel good.
At night, you can contemplate the beautiful starry sky from the garden. The pool and garden are illuminated.

The entire property is fenced and guarantees total privacy. Vegetative hedges protect from external views.

The villa has an elevated terrace surrounded by plants and overlooking the swimming pool. It is equipped with a table and six chairs. An awning provides shade.

Another terrace is picturesquely situated next to the lemon tree. Here one can enjoy a beautiful view of the Montgó at sunset.

The third terrace is covered and forms the barbecue area with a new outdoor gas grill and a modern table and chairs.

From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants.
The area is also suitable for doing yoga and Pilates exercises in the morning or at sunset.

Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor is WiFi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
