Centrally located in the “Old Town” district of Denia, this recently renovated 3-bedroom second floor apartment with lift is surrounded by cafes, bars, shops and supermarkets and within 20 mins walk of the beach (Punto De Raset Beach) – the historic centre, port, marinas and promenade are all within a short walking distance. The bedrooms include a large double with en-suite bathroom and walk in shower. The other bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles) share a separate shower room and toilet accessible from the main hallway. This large 125 m2 apartment is light and airy with south easterly facing rooms with large double-glazed windows, integrated mosquito nets and lightweight insulated exterior sun/night blinds. All the rooms have ceiling fans with LED lighting throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has an island with breakfast bar.
