Inside the villa, you will find 6 comfortable bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms, which can accommodate 12 guests very comfortably. The interior of the villa has a bright living room with a fireplace and comfortable armchairs, as well as a delicate decoration. Here you can watch television or simply pass the time in the company of a good book. Next to the living room, you will find the spacious dining room fully equipped, as well as the large kitchen with all the comforts for your enjoyment. In addition, the property has internet connection.

Outside there is a beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds to enjoy the sun and outdoor furniture always ready to enjoy delicious meats cooked on the barbecue with a glass of wine, every summer evening will be a pleasure in the company of family and friends.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). This house has heating in all rooms. However, it does not have air conditioning, therefore, we will provide the clients with the necessary fans.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
