The property is 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Palma.

This large villa consists of 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, which allows 14 guests to be accommodated in total comfort. In the interior of the chalet we find a large and bright living room and comfortable armchairs accompanied by a delicate decoration where you can watch TV or just spend time in the company of a good book. In the dining room you can taste delicious dishes with Mediterranean flavor prepared in the large fully equipped kitchen that you have at your disposal. The property also has internet connection, air conditioning and all the amenities for your enjoyment.

Outside there is a large swimming pool with sun loungers to enjoy the sun and also outdoor furniture always ready to enjoy delicious meats made on the barbecue accompanied with a good glass of wine, every summer afternoon will be a pleasure surrounded by family and friends.

This villa features a large bank tool for maintenance and to fix competition bicycles. The use of these mechanical tools is available to all cyclists hosted in the villa.

Public transport: There is a bus stop (line 23 and 520) less than 250 meters from the house, from there with line 520 Palma city center is just 25 minutes journey. A 9 minute walk is the Yacht Club you will find the following lines: 454, 500, 501, 502, 515 and A51.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.

This house has air conditioning in six of the seven bedrooms, in case the client requires fans, we will make them available. It does not have heating.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
