The property has had various owners but has always remained an agricultural and cattle farm. Refurbished in 1997 into two rural properties: Holiday cottage German and Holiday cottage El Pedregal; each one is independent and has its own private pool. Holiday cottage Pedregal has a superficie of 80 m2 and is one floor.





Holiday cottage El Pedregal is situated in the village of Valsequillo which is 500 m above sea level. Holiday cottage El Pedregal is located in a large 10,000m2 estate of vineyards which dates back to the 19th century, the time of famous wines.





This typical Canarian town is situated in the central oriental town in the island of Gran Canaria. Interesting places to visit: the Church of San Miguel, The Cuartel del Colmenar which has been declared of much cultural interest by the Canarian Government.







Valsequillo has many places of natural beauty such as: the Caldera de Tenteniguada with its castles, the Barranco de los Cernícalos that travels from La Caldera to Lomo Magullo.







The "La fiesta del almendro en flor" is a very important festival in Valsequillo.
