Villa Elena is an exclusive beachfront holiday villa overlooking the Mediterranean with fabulous seaviews, set in beautiful gardens with a heated 20 m pool, water cascades and perfect privacy! This unique holiday home located in the exclusive resort of Les Oliveres is first line to the sea with spectacular sea views. It is designed with charm and taste, perfect for a superior family holiday. The villa is located on 2,000 square feet of manicured private gardens and heated pool with automatic pool cover, wrap round teak decking and water cascades that activate every hour. The pool is classified for toddlers and adults, so there is 3 m of shallow water before it becomes standard depth at a maximum of 1.80 m. You can enjoy warm water from April to late November. The lawn runs down to a maritime path that brings you to beaches and playgrounds. Villa Elena is on three levels. There is an underground garage, storage, utilities and laundry service via automatic gates. On the first floor you have a spacious designer kitchen, dining area leading out to the patio, terrace table, sun terrace and pool, large living room leading to barbecue area with spectacular views of the gardens and the blue Mediterranean Sea. The first-class kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a fitted coffee machine that makes Latté and Espresso. The terrace has a large table perfect for al fresco dining, while the designated barbecue area also has its own table for your enjoyment. The living room featured white leather sofas, free Wi-Fi, TV and music system. The lounge also connects with the entrance foyer where you have a large bedroom with private bathroom. On the second floor the master bedroom has unsuited bathroom with separate shower and bath enclosure, separate toilet and hand basin. It also has a walk-in wardrobe with wonderful access to the balcony with patio furniture and with those super views of the sea and mountains. The second bedroom on this floor provides a single bed and a double bed while the third bedroom provides additional twin beds with the option of requesting two extra beds if required. All together they are four bedrooms in total. The villa is air conditioned throughout and has automatic shutters, alarm system and two pedestrian access points. One at the end of the garden leading to the sea while the other to the street. The villa is also only 100 m from Les Oliveres 4-star hotel and Spa, so you're never far away from a relaxing drink or a soothing massage. All in all, luxurious accommodation with fabulous sea-views.
