Goertz und Partner presents this charming house located in one of Empuriabrava's most sought-after areas, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and numerous restaurants and shops. Set on a 612 m² plot, it features a large 29 m² swimming pool (8.5 m long x 3.5 m wide) and a spacious terrace where you can enjoy al fresco dining (barbecue available), sunbathe, or simply relax.Parking for two vehicles is also available on the property. This attractive house is ideal for a family of 10 and offers considerable privacy for couples staying there, thanks to its layout as two separate living spaces. The property comprises a large main house with an attached garage and a separate one-bedroom apartment. The well-equipped main house features an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher and all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay, as well as air conditioning.
