The second bedroom has two single beds (80 x 200 cm), also with air conditioning for a comfortable night's sleep. Between the two bedrooms, there is a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The third bedroom, with its own entrance and canal views, is a true treat. This room features a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm), air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink. Behind the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, ideal for preparing your favorite dishes. A little further on, you will find the garage, perfect for storing bikes. Outside, you can enjoy a lovely terrace equipped with a table for six, six loungers, and a 4 x 7 meter swimming pool.
