The property hasfour double bedrooms and four bathrooms, designed to ensure privacy and convenience. On the ground floor there is a suite with a private bathroom with a double bed, as well as an additional full bathroom. To the left is theopen-plan kitchen , fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine, with breakfast bar. Next is theliving-dining area, featuring a table for six, sofas, coffee table, TV with international channels and wifi. Large glass doors connect this space with the outside. The covered terrace has a table for eight and a barbecue, and the area is fully paved with garden furniture and sun loungers. Theprivate pool (4 x 9 m) has an outdoor shower and connects to theprivate 12 m mooring, ideal for boats. There is also a chill out area to relax while enjoying views of the canal. Upstairs there are three more double bedrooms: a suite with private bathroom and double bed, two double bedrooms (one with a terrace overlooking the canal), and a full bathroom with shower. The chalet has air conditioning throughout the house. Pets and groups of young people are not [hidden] linen and towels can be rented for €25 per person.
